Horizons
Horizons PWC (Projects with the Community) is a not-for-profit (NFP) and NDIS Provider (National Disability Insurance Scheme) located in Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. Horizons is committed with the welfare and education of communities, environment and integration of migrants in the Australian society and has decided to work in collaboration with Invorious to improve its internal processes as well as provide the best service to its clients.
The app has been designed and developed to connect participants, support coordinators and clients, with support workers to provide assistance with daily needs.
Horizons experiences growth in its team, challenges management of clients and quick answer with its team. CEO and Founder Carolina decided to work with Invorious to identify the best and most practical solution.
From Business Strategy, Product Discovery, User Story Mapping, Strategy, Prototyping, development to Launching, Invorious and Horizons worked together for the sucess of this wonderful tool that not every Non for profit has access to.
Horizons PWC and Invorious finalised the first version of the app. The product has had excellent feedback and it's in implementation and digital transformation.
Horizons and Invorious are currently great business partners and will keep working in collaboration in this project and more to come. Trust, Communication and Transparency are the most valuable result of this process.
